The Vizlen Inner Circle is our paid monthly membership for customers who want more from every order — faster point earning, monthly store credit, member-only pricing and releases, and shipping perks. Benefits activate as soon as your payment is processed and stay active while your membership is in good standing.

Double Point Earning
Active members earn at twice the standard rate on qualifying purchases:
Points are calculated on the final purchase value after discounts, promo codes, store credits, refunds, and other adjustments, and post automatically once an eligible order completes.
Your Membership Benefits
$15 Monthly Store Credit
A $15 store credit each month toward eligible purchases. The balance is capped at $15 at any time and doesn't roll over, stack, or increase if unused.
$10 Birthday Reward
A $10 birthday reward or discount during your birthday period, subject to eligibility and any verification we may require.
Preferred Member Pricing
Access to special member pricing — roughly 10%–15% off selected eligible products. Availability and eligible items vary at our discretion.
Priority Access to Releases
Early access to selected launches and collections, generally around 24–48 hours before public release. Timing may vary.
Members-Only Products
Certain products, collections, or promotions offered exclusively to members. Availability is limited and first-come, first-served.
Free Domestic Shipping
Free domestic shipping on qualifying orders that meet the minimum, currently $75 or more. Applies to eligible locations and methods shown at checkout.
Priority Order Processing
Eligible orders may be processed ahead of standard orders. This doesn't guarantee delivery dates or carrier speed.
Enhanced Cashback
Eligible members can receive a $20 cashback store credit after reaching the qualifying thresholds set under the VIP program.
All VIP benefits are subject to availability and may be modified, limited, suspended, or discontinued in line with these terms.
How the Monthly Store Credit Works
- Fixed at $15 as the maximum available balance at any given time.
- Does not accumulate, stack, or roll over from month to month.
- Unused credit doesn't carry forward beyond the $15 limit.
- Like all cashback and credits, it's store credit only — no cash value and not redeemable for cash.
Pricing & Billing
Membership is a recurring monthly subscription at $55.99 per month. By subscribing, you authorize Vizlen and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically each month until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel anytime, with no penalties or long-term commitment, through your account settings or by contacting support before your next billing date.
- Cancelling stops future recurring charges only — it doesn't immediately end your current paid period.
- You keep active benefits until the end of the current billing period; after that, VIP earning, credits, pricing, and access end.
- If a renewal has already been processed, that charge is final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
- No partial or prorated refunds are given for unused time, benefits, or store credit.
You're responsible for cancelling before the renewal date if you don't want to be charged for the next cycle.
