Membership Basics
The Vizlen Inner Circle is our premium membership program providing access to enhanced rewards, monthly store credit, birthday rewards, exclusive product access, member pricing, shipping benefits, and other special perks.
The Vizlen Inner Circle Membership is currently $55.99 per month and renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
Membership fees are automatically charged to your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis. Renewal charges are generally processed on the 5th day of each month.
No. The Vizlen Inner Circle is a month-to-month subscription. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date without long-term commitments or cancellation penalties.
Benefits & Rewards
VIP members may receive:
- Double reward points on eligible purchases
- Monthly store credit of up to $15
- Birthday rewards ($10)
- Early access to selected product releases (24–48 hours before public)
- Access to members-only products and promotions
- Preferred member pricing (10–15% off selected products)
- Free domestic shipping on qualifying orders
- Priority order processing
Active VIP members earn 2 reward points for every $10 spent on eligible purchases made through Vizlen.com — double the standard rate.
Active VIP members may receive a monthly store credit of up to $15 that can be applied toward eligible purchases on the website. Unused credit does not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to the next month.
Eligible VIP members may receive a $10 birthday reward or discount during their birthday period, subject to account eligibility and verification requirements.
No. Memberships, rewards, points, store credits, discounts, and all other benefits are personal to the registered member and cannot be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another account.
Billing & Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support before your next billing date.
You will continue to have access to active VIP benefits through the end of your current paid billing period. After that period ends, future VIP benefits — including store credit, enhanced points, early access, and member pricing — will no longer be available.
No. Once a membership renewal payment has been successfully processed, it is generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
At this time, memberships cannot be paused. Members may cancel at any time and rejoin in the future if the program remains available.
Yes. Eligible customers may rejoin the VIP Membership at any time, subject to program availability and the membership terms in effect at the time of re-enrollment.
If a recurring membership payment cannot be processed, access to VIP benefits may be restricted, suspended, or terminated until payment issues are resolved.

Yes. Vizlen reserves the right to modify membership pricing, rewards, benefits, eligibility requirements, and program features in accordance with the Loyalty Program Terms.
Yes. Memberships may be suspended or terminated if a customer violates the Loyalty Program Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, abuses rewards, or misuses membership benefits.
