Standard Rewards
Standard Rewards is the free rewards program that comes with every Vizlen account. There's nothing to buy and nothing to sign up for — start shopping, earn points on qualifying purchases, and redeem them toward future orders.

How You Earn
As a standard, non-VIP customer, you earn:
Points are calculated on the final purchase amount after any discounts, promo codes, store credits, refunds, or other adjustments have been applied. They post automatically once an eligible order is complete, though timing can vary with payment verification and processing.
Cashback Rewards
Your points build toward cashback, issued as store credit you can spend on future orders.
- Reach $500 in qualifying purchases (that's 50 points) and you become eligible for a $10 cashback reward
- Cashback is issued only as store credit — never as cash, a bank transfer, or a refund to your original payment method.
- Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and can't be redeemed for cash.
Reward eligibility may vary with promotional conditions, and thresholds are set by Vizlen and applied in line with these terms.
What Counts Toward Points
Only completed, eligible purchases made directly through vizlen.com earn points. Here's what's in and what's out:
Redeeming Your Points
Apply available rewards and store credit at checkout on qualifying purchases. A few points to keep in mind:
- Some rewards only unlock once you've reached the required points or spending threshold.
- Apply rewards during checkout, before placing the order — they can't be added afterward.
- Only one reward, credit, or discount can be used per transaction, and rewards can't be combined with promo codes.
Good to Know
Points and store credit are promotional benefits only — they have no cash value, aren't property, and don't create any guaranteed rights. They can be modified, restricted, or removed in line with these terms.
Points reset at the start of each calendar year, and any unused balance at reset may be removed without compensation. If an order is returned or refunded, the points and rewards earned from it may be reversed — and if that pushes your balance below zero, it can show negative until offset by future purchases. Vizlen may also review, correct, or reverse points at any time for errors, returns, or suspected abuse.
