How to report unauthorized use of your intellectual property.

A. Copyright Infringement

Where to Send Your Claim

All claims alleging copyright infringement for material you believe to be residing on our website should be sent as a written notice to our Copyright Agent at help@vizlen.com.

To be valid, your written notice must include all of the following elements:

✓Signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

✓Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.

✓Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on our website.

✓Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party — including address, phone number, and email address.

✓A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

✓A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right allegedly being infringed.

B. Trademark Infringement

If you believe any product or content hosted on our platform violates your trademark, your Trademark Infringement Notice ("TM Notice") must include all of the following:

✓Identification of your trademark and the goods or services for which you claim trademark rights.

✓Your trademark registration certificate and a printout from the relevant country's trademark office showing current status and title of the registration. Alternatively, a statement that your mark is unregistered, together with a court ruling confirming your rights.

✓A short description of how we allegedly infringe your trademark(s).

✓Clear reference to the materials you allege are infringing and which you are requesting to be removed — for example, the relevant URL.

✓Your complete name, address, email address, and telephone number.

✓A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the trademark owner, its agent, or the law.

✓A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and that you are the trademark owner or are authorized to make the complaint on their behalf.

✓Your electronic or physical signature.
